1.     The prices of the products are based on the features inbuilt into it. As you may be aware, CenturyPly continuously keeps adding industry first features relevant to customers and serves them with best quality.

2.  Most of our product ranges come in broad two categories. A fully loaded feature range and an economic range . A customer may choose the range based on his/her need, place of usage etc.

3. What we have shared at this prelim stage is to give you an idea of what is normal current selling price of the product. The final price of the product at the point of purchase will be negotiated with our trade partners,  based on quantity of purchase, credit terms . We will ensure that you always get the best quality, services and price.

I am very sorry to hear this. And I apologise on behalf of CenturyPly organisation. And this is for the same reason that we have started this one window service for you named CenturyJoy where your needs, issues, complaints, requirements are kept as tickets and are solved within a TAT and if not solved, are escalated in step right upto the top management. So you have access to the top management if needed. CenturyJoy is a process driven automation and not person oriented.

Theres always a next time for us . May I request you to consider whole new suit for this project- theres lam, door, veneers, egl, etc Some where we will certainly fit in ( Same for other products)

Sir / Mam : The final price and commercial terms are finalised by our trade partner. In most cases we find that an Architect /ID has an ongoing relation with one of our dealer. We encourage that.  However we can certainly facilitate a relationship in case you dont have one or we can mediate in case if the situation arises.  

We have the least material issue and even if you have we have the lowest time taken to resolve such issue. All you need to do is to connect with Century Joy through whatsapp- rest we will take up be it a requirement, issue, complain etc

Sir /Mam : Its a very legitimate query. And I shall address it right away. The whatsapp number being used for the Century Joy is a verified blue tick account of CenturyPly. The email address that is used for the program is from Centuryply domain. We dont commercially deal with anyone at a personal level. All transactions are autonomous. And we are trying to build over here is not one time, but repeated business month on month. 

Sir/ Mam we study profiles of persons of your stature. And we estimate that normally such profiles have at least 2 to 3 projects concurrently running at any given time. 

I just wanted to let you know that we have 8 categories of product, ply, blockboard, door, laminate, veneer, external graded laminate, mdf, fibre cement board and 2 broad ranges of price range : - a full feature  loaded range and an economical range. 

Therefore theoretically we can serve you in at least 32 ways. 8 into 2 into 2 . Still if you dont have a requirement can only be possible if you are not happy with our services. Would be grateful if you can let me know that reason. It will genuinely help us improve.And we will follow up with you till be resolve that reason.

Sir /Mam : The roles of the dealer and us are complementary. The dealer gives you best rate, credit if applicable, product demo etc. Century Joy in addition gives you several other benefits . Some of these are as follows

It can introduce you to the entire product range of Centuryply be it cement boards or mdf or any other. 

It can send you all product related information . You can get to know all your transaction status at any point of time

It can dovetail your work for its marketing activities like social media, websites. For select range of influencers, it can give you leads of projects of prospective client

It gives you gratitude joys over and above what the dealers offers. 

All in all you get best of both these approaches and what we get is sustained multi product repeated business from you month on month.

To be more specific , our pre sales survey comprises product feature right fitment, price range as per customer need, brochures, samples . In  post sales area, we facilitate resolving  any rare incident of  product issue, act on your feedback.

Century Select PVC sheet are Eco-friendly, resistant to weathering effect and are Termite and Borer Proof. This makes them best for bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, back liner etc. However, they also look excellent in the house ceilings and walls.
